At BellaTees.store, every product is made to order — just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we’re committed to making things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
🧵 Made-to-Order Products
All items are printed on demand, which means we only produce what you purchase. This helps reduce waste and ensures each product is unique. As a result, we do not offer returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Unwanted gifts
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund the original payment method.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll help track it. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we’ll do our best to assist.
