At bellatees.store, each product is made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re here to help.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, has a printing error, or arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement:

Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement or store credit, depending on your preference.


Non-Returnable Situations

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for the following:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Order delays due to carrier issues

  • Personalized items (unless damaged or defective)

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. In such cases, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contacting the delivery carrier for resolution
